Initial Net Profit Projections 1996-99
The initial projections for the years 1996-1999 are displayed in the table
bellow. They show a steady decline in the profit over the period. The estimate
of the total net profit for the period is $60,000 with net loss of $10,000 in
1999.
Chart on the left side shows structure of expenses
in 1996. Over the period expenses will increase
thanks to staff salaries and depreciation
increase.
On the other hand, sales growth is forecast to
remain relatively flat. The result is declining of
the net profit as it is shown in the graph bellow.
